Remove, rebuild and reinstall Emergency Draw Down & Sewer Gate cylinders.
Cut bow, fabricate & install hardware to allow open access to forward compartment. Design, supply & install hydraulic system to open hull & extend boarding gangway.
Replace Service Gate No. 4 Water Packing Seat and Rod Bushings. (Outlet Works, Intake Structure)
Number 3 Boiler. Drain, clean and change replace hydraulic fluid with a glycol based, fire resistant fluid.
Modifications to Turbine EHC unit. Update HPU to include automatic switching to redundant supply pump for turbine bearing lubrication.
Overhaul and testing of multiple hydraulic winches for the U S Coast Guard.
Service; for 41’ UTB BOAT located at SERC - Remove old 3-way control valves and install new electrically operated valves with electrical controls. Install new return line and check valve for winch.
Replace and run new hydraulic tubing to transmitters.
Supply and install four each Graco grease systems for machinery lubrication.
Inspect & troubleshoot 30 ft. Straight Boom Crane and effect repairs as needed including removal, rebuilding and re-installation of main boom cylinder.
Removal, repair and replacement of Space Observatory Dome Doors.
Repairs to hydraulic freight elevator including electrical system upgrades and main lifting cylinder replacements.
Five-year contract for Preventive Maintenance Inspections on multiple pieces of equipment at multiple locations.
Install customer supplied pumps. Provide labor and material to fabricate and replace all hydraulic hoses on MTA’s PMC110.
Upgrade hydraulic system. Installation and pressure testing of new stainless-steel hydraulic piping. Piping is located in a 200-foot pit requiring rope access.
Modifications to multiple hydraulic systems on board oyster seeding vessel Patricia Campbell. Modified dump hopper to afford a more controlled operation, along with conveyor belt and spinner upgrades.
Repairs to the electro/mechanical aspects of the vessel’s four Hagglund Cranes as identified in the TTS Inc. Service report of late 2016. The report has three (3) categories of repairs: 1.1 A. Minor, 1.2 B. Moderate, 1.3 C. Major.
Sale and installation. Crane replacement contract for Debris Vessel Reynolds located in Baltimore Harbor / Solicitation W912DR-17-T-0078
Emergency Steering Gear flush & fluid change to remove water contamination.
For the removal, overhaul, modification & relocation of five hydraulic power units. One for each of the four lock operations & one spare. Each HPU was removed to BHI’s facility for overhaul and testing. Cowling was designed and fabricated to protect each HPU from weather prior to installation.
Remove, reseal, & reinstall Emergency and Service Gate cylinders.
Design, build, install and test new hydraulic power unit for gate operations. HPU design included one reservoir with two separate pumps and controls to provide redundancy.
